Canada 2019

In early December, 2019, a friend of mine asked if I wanted to take a few days between Christmas and New Years to go to Canada for some rest from a busy year.  Being the spontaneous guy that I am, I quickly jumped at the idea and was ready to go.  We both secured our flights and then two weeks later took the quick trip.  Needless to say, I did not take many pictures on this trip either.  The thought of doing my own webpage had not ever entered my mind.  But, I do have a few pictures I will share.

The trip was nice.  We flew into Ottawa, spent a day and a half there, then took a train to Toronto where we walked around the city and had a blast.  We went to a very cool museum that had lots of interesting artifacts (for some reason, I only took one picture).  We walked around Yonge-Dundas Square in Toronto during the evening and it reminded me so much of Times Square in New York City.  We ate at a really good ramen house on the last evening before heading back to Boston.

It was a very brief trip.  Maye some day, I will find myself in the area again to spend a few extra days.  Oh, the view from the hotel rook was simply perfect.
